As our Diamond jewellery is made to your exact requirements we typically plan for a delivery date of approximately 15 - 21 working days from the date when your order is placed.

Any item in stock is delivered within 5-10 working days and any bespoke design are delivered between 21-28 days of the order confirmed.

You can be assured that all orders sent are securely packaged and fully insured against loss, damage, or theft during transit.

 Our customer’s needs always come first at Studz UK Ltd, so if you have a specific date in mind when you need your order by, please contact us and we are will do our best to assist.

Once your item is dispatched, delivery before 13:00 the next working day is guaranteed. We dispatch items Monday through to Friday and all of our parcels are fully insured by Studz UK Ltd. For security reasons when your item is delivered you will be asked to sign a ‘Proof of Delivery’. It is important that the delivery address you provide is secure and that someone is available at the address to sign on your behalf if you cannot be there in person. If someone other than you or your authorised representative signs for the delivery at the address you have given us Studz UK Ltd cannot be held responsible.

In the unlikely event that the dispatch of your order is delayed for any reason we will contact you immediately by email or telephone. We do not usually leave a message if you are unavailable without your prior permission for security reasons. 

Free Delivery Anywhere in the World

We are very pleased to offer free delivery on all orders, including customers outside the UK. However please note that we do not take responsibility for any duties, taxes or surcharges applied by a non UK country and we recommend that you check first prior to placing your order.

If you are a resident of the Channel Islands or are exempt from paying VAT we will be happy to adjust the cost of your order.

14 Day’s Return

At STUDZ UK we want our clients to be completely satisfied with their jewellery. It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase but for any reason you are not and feel to return it back, to qualify for refund or exchange, returned items must be undamaged and in a same and unused condition with all the documents and packaging. Items showing any kind of alteration damage or return outside the 14 days will not be accepted.

Bespoke designs or jewellery which has been customised specifically to customers requirements are not eligible for a refund. Customers will have to call the office prior to returning the item for the address to be provided by sales team.

Warranty

All of our jewellery is made using highest quality material and highest possible standard. Each piece is also carefully inspected once completed. In the event that there is a problem with you item, please call and speak to sales team. If the problem is structural or manufacturing problem we will repair or replace at no cost to you. If the problem is caused by normal wear and tear, we will be happy to repair your piece of jewellery at the cost price.
