14 Day’s Return

At STUDZ UK we want our clients to be completely satisfied with their jewellery. It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase but for any reason you are not and feel to return it back, to qualify for refund or exchange, returned items must be undamaged and in a same and unused condition with all the documents and packaging. Items showing any kind of alteration damage or return outside the 14 days will not be accepted.

Bespoke designs or jewellery which has been customised specifically to customers requirements are not eligible for a refund. Customers will have to call the office prior to returning the item for the address to be provided by sales team.

Warranty

All of our jewellery is made using highest quality material and highest possible standard. Each piece is also carefully inspected once completed. In the event that there is a problem with you item, please call and speak to sales team. If the problem is structural or manufacturing problem we will repair or replace at no cost to you. If the problem is caused by normal wear and tear, we will be happy to repair your piece of jewellery at the cost price.
